On August 23rd, 1964, The Beatles were in Los Angeles to play the Hollywood Bowl. Prior to the show, they met the press at the Cinnamon Cinder, a nightclub for teenagers owned by Bob Eubanks. The KRLA disc jockey (and future game show host) can be heard moderating the proceedings, usurping Derek Taylor's standard role:
Is this a picture from the press conference on 8/23/1964? I ask because I have a B& W photo from the same press conference with the Beatles holding the Elvis magazine. In the photo I have, John is also in the pic. A friend of mine had the original negative of the photo and made me a copy of the pic 20 years ago.

No, one of the reporters asks who Paul's girlfriend is and a female fan replies "Jane Asher", but implores the reporter not to embarrass Paul by asking about her!
